A Favorite Dip!
Chanterelle, kanttarelli, is a mushroom that grows both in Finland and in Minnesota. Here is a warm Dip to go with pita-chips that your guests will enjoy.
100g chanterelles chopped
1/2 small onion chopped to small bits
> Saute these in 2 Tblsp salted butter 15 min @ low heat
Add 1 Tblsp fresh Tarragon minced
Add ~1/2 tsp salt
> Saute another 15 min @ low heat
Add 1 dl heavy whipping cream
> Saute another 5 min @ low heat
Serve warm with pita chips.
