January 30 @ 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

In 2021, on the last Saturday of every month except December, FinnFest USA will offer an alternating lecture and music series. Each will stream via Zoom at 11 a.m. Central time (7 p.m. Finnish time). All events are free, but donations are encouraged.
This month, Sharon Franklin-Rahkonen speaks about The Origins of the Finnish People. See the event website for more details.
The lecture series—co-organized with the Journal of Finnish Studies and sponsored by Sam Houston State University—presents international scholars engaged with Finnish arts and culture.
